The course covers essential topics such as the administration of emergency oxygen, trauma patient management, and major illnesses. It fulfils the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at descriptor level D and is ideal for those looking to work or volunteer as first responders in various high-risk environments. Assessment Methods 6 x practical assessments/skills tests 3 x theory assessments (multiple choice question papers) 1 x invigilated exam. With a blend of practical assessments and theory tests, successful learners will receive a personalised Qualsafe Level 3 Award e-Certificate, making you a valuable asset in emergency care scenarios.
