Guided learning hours: 6hrs – 1 day - This qualification is aimed at all employees, or those looking to enter/re-enter the workforce. Health and safety training is a requirement in workplaces and this qualification enables learners to identify and understand the most common workplace hazards.
Guided learning hours: 3hrs - This qualification is aimed at employees who work with ladders and/or stepladders at work. While many attendees will use this to compliment our other construction related qualifications, those working in other sectors such as retail, the arts and leisure will also find a benefit.
Guided learning hours: 3 - This qualification is aimed at employees who work in environments where they may disturb asbestos. Attendees typically include maintenance workers and trades such as plumbers, electricians and decorators.
Guided learning hours: 4 - This qualification is for those at work that require an understanding of the hazards associated with manual handling and how these can best be avoided. The programme is typically delivered over a half-day and with no practical assessment provides just the knowledge element. This may be more suited to those with existing injuries or those that cannot undertake practical tasks.
Guided learning hours: 4 - This qualification is for those working in environments where the use of hazardous substances is an identified risk. The qualification introduces the principles of working with substances classified under COSHH.
