Gardant was founded with an understanding of the growing customer service aspect to a security officer’s role. We recognise that our personnel are often a visitor’s first impression of our client’s premises or company, something we do not take lightly.

Our officers are not only tasked with securing your site, staff and visitors but also securing your reputation. We ensure that all our corporate protection teams are of smart appearance to complement your brand experience.

Each member of the Gardant Corporate Security team has been trained in customer service excellence, focusing on delivering a professional first impression, site specific knowledge and maintaining a presentable working environment.

Our corporate security officers control and record access and egress for your site or premises, ensuring that a record of staff and visitors is kept, forming a roll call register in the event of an emergency. All visitors are greeted at the point of entry where they can be inducted and made aware of site-specific instructions and any risks they may need to be aware of.

Gardant can offer a full unlock and lock up service, securing your business at the end of each work day and unlocking it prior to workers arriving. Checking all necessary walkways and fire exits are unrestricted and operational.

Gardant recognises that each client’s site is unique. We will happily discuss and tailor a service level agreement to meet your needs. Where feasible we are happy to incorporate additional tasks into the role.
